About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nightfill Manager to join our team at Coles. As a key member of our retail operations team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our night-fill department, meeting deadlines, and maintaining exceptional store presentation during evening and night trade.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of night-fill staff to achieve sales targets, cost control, and rostering requirements
  • Ensure Coles' visual merchandising, food safety, compliance, and stock management standards are met
  • Drive a one-team culture that celebrates success and prioritizes team members' health, safety, and wellbeing
  • Delight customers with an outstanding shopping experience

About You:

  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment, preferably in retail or distribution
  • Direct leadership experience, with a proven track record of leading, coaching, and developing teams
  • Ability to work flexible evening hours and be available for on-call duties
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with team members and stakeholders
