About The Role

We're looking for a casual concierge team member at Pacific Fair Shopping Centre. As a Concierge team member, you'll introduce people to our shopping centre, turning curious visitors into loyal customers. You'll work with a team focused on meeting customer needs to ensure optimal customer service objectives are achieved.

This role requires flexibility across mornings, afternoons and evenings 7 days a week.

Main Responsibilities

  • Serving customers in person, by phone and via internet
  • Organising loan of mobility equipment, gift card sales, making bookings and updating databases
  • Problem solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Reconciling daily banking and assisting with ad hoc marketing events
  • Ability to multi-task, be flexible and work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • A full license to drive the Pacific Fair taxi
  • Providing support to the Cleaning Services Manager/Security Manager
  • Impeccable presentation and grooming
  • A positive and enthusiastic personality
  • Working in a dynamic, fast paced environment while maintaining composure
  • Delivering outcomes of the highest quality
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Creating lasting impressions and meaningful relationships
  • Working independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and availability to work across a 7-day week, including Public Holidays
  • Prior customer facing customer service or hospitality, retail, hotel concierge experience preferred
  • Good knowledge of and commitment to safe working practices
  • Being physically fit to carry out standard duties and working on your feet for lengthy periods
  • Valid work rights in Australia
