- Apply a commercial focus to all work, evaluating business benefits and impacts, and understanding how the overall intent manifests itself in immediate activities and demands.
- Manage the architectural impacts of business change, recommending solutions that improve cost-effectiveness and flexibility.
- Provide thought leadership on solution architecture, fostering an environment of continuous improvement within IT.
- Develop reference architectures and reusable solutions, ensuring they are communicated to and understood by all solution architects and IT delivery teams.
Requirements:
- Significant experience with customer solutions in Retail operations and corporate systems domains.
- Experience with Energy systems and solutions.
- Skilled, open, and collaborative communicator with solid presentation development and delivery skills.
- Clear and concise writing skills.
- Ability to take a set of requirements and turn them into a full-fledged architecture and design.
