Job Title: Sales Consultant

We're looking for a skilled sales professional to join our team in Canberra. As a key member of our sales team, you'll deliver exceptional customer service by pairing deep product knowledge with tailored solutions for every customer.

  • Consult with customers to understand their needs and recommend the perfect solutions.
  • Manage the customer journey from quotation through to sale, coordinating delivery and installation, and following up to ensure satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships – we create customers for life.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge through comprehensive training and support.
  • Contribute to a positive, high-performing team environment.

Requirements:
  • A genuine ability to connect with people and guide them through their purchase journey.
  • Experience in a customer-focused role – retail, real estate, automotive, travel, and similar backgrounds thrive here.
  • Strong self-management skills, including prioritizing, multi-tasking, and adapting in a fast-paced environment.
  • A team-oriented mindset with great communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Basic computer skills and confidence learning new systems.
