Your Role

We're seeking an experienced Retail Assistant Manager to join our team at our Butler store. You'll be responsible for managing the daily operations of the store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth. Your expertise will help us maintain high standards of product presentation, stock management, and visual merchandising.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage store budgets and achieve targets
  • Provide outstanding customer service, exceeding customer expectations
  • Develop and implement local marketing campaigns, increasing brand awareness and foot traffic
  • Maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring seamless stock replenishment
  • Address customer complaints and feedback, resolving issues promptly
