We are seeking a seasoned Health and Safety Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in infrastructure projects, with a strong background in health and safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.

Job Description

The Health and Safety Advisor will play a crucial role in promoting a strong safety culture through engagement, training, and clear communication. Key responsibilities include:

  • Promoting a strong safety culture
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Supporting site teams with risk assessments, incident investigations, and safety audits
  • Identifying areas for improvement and contributing to the continuous enhancement of HSE systems and practices
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Multi-year experience in Infrastructure Projects
  • Proactive team player with exceptional communication skills
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively and complete projects effectively
