Role Overview

The role of Organisational Development Consultant will provide a range of organisational psychology services to clients, supporting the passionate Learning team at LifeWorks.

This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact by customising and delivering evidence-based training workshops, conducting psychosocial risk assessments and culture reviews, administering psychometric assessments, providing coaching and supervision programs to individuals and groups, implementing specialist peer support programs, and completing reports as required.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design, Deliver and Evaluate Training Services: Develop and deliver training, supervision and coaching services to customers with a clinical focus, ensuring high-quality delivery and evaluation measures.
  • Assist in Project Scoping: Collaborate with the Learning team to scope learning and workplace wellbeing projects, providing expert input on organisational development needs.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with external customers, facilitators, and internal account managers to achieve strong delivery quality and feedback measures.
  • Customer Success and Program Promotion: Contribute to promoting programmes and delivering best practice content, working closely with Customer Success and Account Managers.
  • Broad Business Contributions: Actively contribute to and advise the broader business on Learning services, driving strategic initiatives and excellence in organisational development.
