Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Cleaning Site Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cleaning teams, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and to the required standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning teams to ensure tasks are completed on time and to the required standard.">
  • Provide guidance, support, and direction to frontline staff, including training and development as needed.">
  • Assign work schedules and tasks to team members, considering client requirements and deadlines.">
  • Conduct regular inspections of work areas to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company standards.">
  • Address any issues or concerns raised by team members or clients in a prompt and professional manner.">
  • Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed to maintain adequate stock levels.">
  • Prepare reports and maintain accurate records of work completed, including timesheets, attendance, and performance evaluations.">
  • Collaborate with management to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.">

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
