Job Overview

Maintenance service leaders oversee daily operations at assigned locations, focusing on aircraft maintenance and support.


Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership:
    • Create work schedules that meet customer demands and provide regular updates.
    • SUPERVISE line technicians as they complete tasks.
    • Plan and coordinate daily maintenance activities.
  • Aircraft/IFE Maintenance and Support:
    • Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and upgrades on PAC IFE Systems and other aircraft equipment.
    • Troubleshoot and test electronic assemblies and units.
    • Replace or remove faulty components, cabling, and electronics.
    • Enhance customer satisfaction through issue detection, tracking, and resolution.
    • Foster effective communication between line operations and PAC departments.
    • Contribute to the resolution of in-fleet problems.
    • Develop and maintain knowledge of PAC products and associated equipment.
  • Training / Documentation:
    • Execute daily administrative tasks and data entry duties.
    • Train local personnel on PAC IFE SYSTEMS.

Requirements
  • Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 3-5 years related industry experience preferred.
  • Possess necessary academic or technical qualifications and experience to satisfy regulatory licensing requirements.
  • Ability to pass security and background checks.
  • Desirable: experience with airline maintenance operations and 24/7 technical support.
