The Role

As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth. This role will suit individuals who enjoy a challenge, thrive in a fast-paced physical environment, and are adaptable to change.

You will be part of a large and diverse team and be accountable for having a positive impact on store results by maximising sales through excellent customer service, displays, merchandising, ticketing, pricing, housekeeping, security, volume stock work, and operating a cash register.

Key Responsibilities

- Helping customers make informed purchasing decisions and promoting the sale of complementary products
- Handling cash and processing transactions using EFTPOS
- Placing merchandise to create interest and drive sales
- Unpacking boxes and neatly arranging shelves as required
- Ensuring the store remains clean and appealing to customers
- Staying up-to-date with product ranges and individual product features.
