Warehouse Operations Assistant
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Warehouse Operations Assistant to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of the warehouse crew, you will be responsible for operating a forklift to assist in warehousing duties and completing general labouring tasks.
About the Role:
- Forklift Operation: Safely operate a forklift to move materials within the warehouse, ensuring efficient and effective material handling.
- Labouring Tasks: Perform general labouring tasks such as lifting, bending, and manual handling to support the smooth operation of the warehouse.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to ensure seamless collaboration and excellent customer service.
Requirements:
- A current forklift ticket or equivalent certification is essential for this role.
- You will need to possess excellent communication skills and have experience in customer service.
- Physical fitness and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are also required.
- Collaboration and teamwork skills are necessary to work effectively within a dynamic team.
