Job Summary

As a Guest Service Agent, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless arrival and departure experience for our esteemed guests. This dynamic position demands an individual who is enthusiastic, proactive, and adept at providing top-notch service.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the efficient processing of guest arrivals and departures by assisting with check-in, luggage assistance, and valet parking services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our valued guests by offering personalized attention and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Initiate positive interactions with guests and ensure their needs are met through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Monitor and manage guest requests, maintaining accurate records and adhering to set deadlines.
  • Provide recommendations on local attractions and offer directions to enhance the guest experience.
  • Securely store and deliver guest luggage while maintaining exceptional standards of service.
  • Pursue ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Assist with valet parking duties as required.

Essential Requirements:
  • Demonstrate previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably within a hotel environment.
  • Exhibit an energetic, team-oriented attitude, coupled with a 'can-do' approach to challenges.
  • Evidence ability to work independently, think critically, and demonstrate initiative when required.
  • Show enthusiasm for engaging with guests, listening to their stories, and tailoring your approach to meet their unique needs.
  • Deliver prompt and efficient service that meets or exceeds guest expectations.
  • Maintain a self-motivated attitude, combined with a professional demeanor at all times.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with Opera PSM systems would be advantageous.
  • Hold a valid full driver's license.
  • Demonstrate flexibility in working hours, including mornings, nights, weekends, and holiday periods.
