Senior Wellbeing and Safety Professional

This is a key leadership role within our organisation, where you will play a vital part in promoting wellbeing and safety across all business areas. As a Senior Wellbeing and Safety Advisor, you will work closely with the team lead to ensure that we provide high-quality customer service and wellbeing programs that align with our risk profiles and business priorities.



Job Responsibilities:
- Provide operational and strategic wellbeing and safety support to ANZ business areas
- Participate in wellbeing and safety projects and ensure targets and objectives are achieved
- Build and maintain effective relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Promote wellbeing and safety to key stakeholders
- Ensure all services delivered comply with governance requirements, policies, processes, and legal and regulatory requirements

Requirements:
- Demonstrated strong operational experience working in health, safety, and wellbeing
- Qualification in health and safety or related discipline
- Strong coaching, negotiating, influencing, and consulting skills with the ability to influence and make a positive impact at all levels
- Demonstrated experience in developing and providing solutions to health and safety issues
- Demonstrated experience and success building strong and collaborative working relationships
- A keen interest in data to help drive continuous improvement in wellbeing and safety programs
- A commitment to personal development and keeping up to date with changes in wellbeing and safety legislation and best practice.
