Marketing Campaign Professional

The ideal candidate will lead marketing campaigns across both national and local levels. This includes developing and executing initiatives, managing media agency relationships, and coordinating in-store events.

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns for key brand moments, new store openings, refurbishments, and trade periods.
  • Manage media agency partnerships to drive awareness and sales through various channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and activate them at the local level.
  • Maintain and coordinate a marketing calendar to ensure alignment across departments.
  • Report on campaign performance and provide actionable insights to inform future strategies.
What You Bring

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in marketing, preferably in a retail or multi-site environment.
  • Proven success in executing local area marketing campaigns and community-driven initiatives.
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, including working with cross-functional teams and media agencies.
  • Experience managing multiple channels (digital, in-store, print, events) and campaign budgets.
  • Ability to travel and work across various store locations.
