We are currently seeking an experienced Community Outreach Supervisor to join our team in Berrigan, NSW.

This is a Full Time permanent position with a salary estimated to be around $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience.

The successful candidate will have a tertiary or diploma qualification in a relevant field, such as Aged Care, Health, Business, and/or equivalent years of experience. They will also have two or more years' experience in supervising a team, and nurturing them through ambiguity and change.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for social change and contributing to an organisation of influence for vulnerable, at risk, and disadvantaged members of the community. They will be confident in building and maintaining strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and proficient in using multiple computer applications.

In this role, you will oversee the coordination of services to help navigate the relevant support, based on individual client needs. You will ensure that your team fosters strong and professional relationships with each client and their circle of support.
