
IT Service Desk Team Lead Position

We are seeking a results-driven professional to lead our IT service desk team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining comprehensive service catalogues and establishing service level agreements (SLAs) with business units.
- This includes ensuring the consistent delivery of services in alignment with SLAs, driving high levels of customer satisfaction.
- The successful candidate will oversee the management of all incidents and service requests, ensuring timely resolution in accordance with defined SLAs.
About You:
- You will need a tertiary qualification in Information Technology or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a fast-paced IT service desk or support environment is required.
- Strong communication skills are essential, with the ability to clearly document processes and solutions.
