About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to support our Store Managers in running the day-to-day operations of the store. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing team while contributing to strategy to optimize sales, customer experience, and store performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Previous people leadership experience in a similar customer-facing role
- Deliver exceptional customer service and educate teams and customers about products
- Sales experience with a focus on educating customers about product benefits and features
- An active interest in physical health and wellbeing
- Multitasking, teamwork, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience working with footwear is advantageous but not essential
- Availability to work a full-time roster
