Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments and reviews of care plans to ensure resident needs are met.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and records in line with AN-ACC and Aged Care Legislation.
  • Mentor and support a team of nurses to promote holistic care approaches for residents.
  • Apply best practice principles to meet clinical care requirements for residents.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Nursing degree with current AHPRA registration.
  • Full work rights in Australia – sponsorship available.
  • Ability to commence upon completion of compliance processes.
  • Provide professional references from most recent employer/s.
  • Proven experience working in Aged Care as a Registered Nurse.

Estimated Salary: AU$80,000 - AU$110,000 per annum
