About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Casual Retail Assistant in Tuggeranong. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with luxury, high-fashion brands and provide high-quality customer service. You will be responsible for building a high-performing team, leading and engaging the team daily, coaching and inspiring through training, creating a customer-centric environment, and ensuring compliance with brand guidelines.

Requirements
  • Proven track record of strong sales achievements within a KPI structure
  • Proven problem-solving ability and excellent relationship-building skills
  • Exceptional time management and organisational skills
  • Retail management experience in high-volume, fast-paced retail environments is desirable
  • Optical experience is highly regarded but not essential as we provide excellent training
