Web3 Engineer - Building the Future of Gaming

At our company, we're on a mission to revolutionize the gaming industry with blockchain technology. As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll be part of our high-performing team building Immutable's flagship product, Immutable Play. This all-in-one platform enables studios to build, launch, and scale Web3 games globally with ease and security.

About the Role
We're seeking an exceptional engineer who can join our squad and help shape key product decisions. You'll work closely with product, design, and founders to drive innovation and excellence in software development. Your expertise will be instrumental in designing and implementing robust, scalable systems that meet both user and business requirements.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Work across Immutable Play, our end-to-end platform for building and scaling Web3 games
  • Foster excellent frontend skills while working on client-side components using TypeScript and React
  • Collaborate with your team to estimate and prioritize proposed features
  • Participate in team planning and product design sessions
  • Contribute to maintaining high operational standards for services owned by your team
  • Take ownership of tooling, tech, and architecture to ensure seamless collaboration

The Ideal Candidate
To excel in this role, you should have 6+ years of full-stack software engineering experience, with extensive exposure to a product development environment. A solid product-first approach is essential, along with strong front-end experience with TypeScript and React. Excellent back-end experience with TypeScript (Golang is a bonus) will also propel your success. Additionally, knowledge of system design and delivering fantastic products with empathy will make you shine in this position. Don't forget, teaching best practices to junior team members is crucial
