The Role:
  • Support the children's daily activities, including getting them dressed and ready for the day
  • Plan and engage in fun, educational activities that promote learning and creativity
  • Assist with the baby's naps (2 per day), following the family's routine
  • Prepare and organize snacks and lunch for the children
  • Take the children on outdoor adventures (weather permitting)
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Around 10 years of experience as a nanny or in childcare
  • Early Childhood Education degree preferred
  • Current First Aid Certificate
  • Current Working With Children's Check
  • Confident swimmer (preferred but not required)
  • Basic cooking skills—able to assist with simple snacks, baking, and lunchbox prep
  • Non-smoking
  • Full driver's licence – and car to reach the family home. A family vehicle will then be provided for outings to parks, the beach, and the library.
