Product Manager Position Overview

This role is focused on strategic interface between business and technology to connect business with innovation. You will be a trusted advisor to capture and shape high-level business goals and plans to identify solutions by co-identifying high-level problems and areas of improvement with and within the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hypothesis Development: Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities and develop hypotheses for product growth.
  • Problem Identification: Identify the problems and needs of key stakeholders to guide data analysis.
  • Execution and Project Management: Plan and deliver project plans by managing people, resources, budget, and timelines, to support the organization's goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Collaboration: Works with others by being open, clear in communication and listening to achieve goals.
  • Numerical Problem Solving: Works with numerical information and performs mathematical calculations to solve problems.
  • Prioritization: Compares and ranks the relative importance &/or urgency of different tasks to identify the best order of actions.
