Urgent Care Healthcare Professional

We are seeking a skilled Enrolled Nurse to join our Urgent Care team. As a vital member of our team, you will provide high-quality nursing support and ensure all patients receive appropriate care.
\Key Responsibilities\- Assist Registered Nurses in providing patient care for injuries or illnesses.
- Perform various care activities including history assessments, administering medications, wound care, plastering, and patient education.
- Ensure patient care activities are within scope of practice and comply with ForHealth policies and procedures.
- Support patient services, greet and assist patients, monitor appointment books, register, and update registration details as required.
- Provide guidance relating to inclusion and exclusion criteria over the phone as required.
- Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse.
- Must be flexible and available evenings and weekends.
- Minimum 2 years experience in Emergency setting, with a focus on acute injury and illness management and fast-track patient flow.
- 2 years of direct clinical practice nursing care experience is mandatory.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle escalations, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
