Transport Engineering Specialist Opportunity

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Transport Engineering Specialist to join our team in Sydney. This role involves conducting intersection analysis, traffic modelling, and traffic engineering design.

The successful candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in traffic engineering and transport planning.

  • Responsibilities include analysing signal timing, parking and traffic data, undertaking intersection and corridor studies, and documenting traffic impact assessments (TIAs).
  • The ideal candidate will also be experienced with development assessment, traffic modelling, and design software such as SIDRA, VISSIM and AutoTurn.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is essential.
  • 3–6 years of experience in transportation engineering is required.
  • Strong communication, time management, and prioritisation skills are necessary.
  • A proactive, self-starting approach, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively is expected.
