About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Ozcare.

As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate patient care needs, including assessment, case management, and developing individualized care plans.
  • Assist the clinical management team with AN-ACC documentation and comprehensive assessments.
  • Provide support and supervision to Care Assistants.
  • Liaise with patients, their families, and multidisciplinary teams to achieve positive patient outcomes.

Requirements
  • Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Current CPR Certificate.
  • Flexibility to work a varied roster, including night and weekend shifts.
  • Willingness to learn and develop AN-ACC knowledge.
  • Sound clinical knowledge.
  • Good computer and mobile device skills.
