Job Summary

We are seeking a versatile and skilled professional to join our team as an All-Round Hospitality Staff Member.

This role involves working in a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, and ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks including cleaning, dishwashing, restocking food items, cleaning equipment, and maintaining the overall appearance of our premises.

You will also be required to assist with housekeeping duties such as making linen packs, scrubbing bathrooms, and changing bedsheets.

In addition, you will be expected to maintain a high level of safety awareness and adhere to all health and safety protocols.

Your ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, think on your feet, and provide excellent customer service will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and maintaining the kitchen, dining areas, and other facilities
  • Performing dishwashing and pot-washing duties
  • Restocking food and drink items
  • Maintaining the overall appearance of our premises
  • Assisting with housekeeping duties
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety protocols
Requirements
  • Industrial cleaning or housekeeping experience is essential
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Ability to follow safety policies and procedures at all times
  • Physically fit and able to work 10-hour days
  • Current manual driver's license and own transport (for DIDO purposes)
