**Supply Chain Role**

Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service and managing efficient supply chains? We are seeking a skilled Supply Planner to join our Purchasing team.

**Responsibilities**

- Purchase various stocked and bought in products for our retail stores and warehouses across the region.

- Liaise with key suppliers and internal stakeholders to provide timely and accurate customer service.

- Manage supplier items including pricing, quality, lead times and service.

- Maximise sales of inventory items while maintaining efficient stock levels.

- Support purchase orders for customers through Stratco's retail, trade sales and online channels.

- Accurately forecast, place and expeditate purchase orders with manufacturing and external suppliers.

- Contribute to continuous improvement projects and work with stakeholders at locations nationally.

- Collaborate with team members and other departments as required.

**Requirements**

- Intermediate level of Excel skills (pivot tables and v-lookups minimum)

- Experience in a Supply or Demand Planning role, preferably in Retail, FMCG and/or Manufacturing

- Tertiary qualifications in Business/Commerce, Procurement, Supply Chain, Planning or related discipline advantageous

- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities, focusing on process optimisation and cost reduction

- Advanced problem-solving capability, with ability to question processes and recommend ideas to mitigate supply risks

- Strong negotiation, procurement and contract management skills, working collaboratively with suppliers and internal stakeholders

- Experience in managing supply chain network models and system levers to achieve supply metrics

- Passionate about enhancing the customer experience and willing to work with enthusiasm and pace.
