Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the Housekeeping Department, ensuring all areas meet our high standards of cleanliness.
  • Coordinate and assign tasks to housekeeping staff, optimizing efficiency and productivity.
  • Conduct inspections of accommodations and common areas to ensure compliance with NRMA cleanliness standards.
  • Manage daily room servicing schedules, including pre-arrival checks and planning for guest needs.
  • Monitor the overall cleanliness of the resort and its facilities, addressing any issues promptly.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or lead housekeeping role within a fast-paced hospitality setting is preferred.
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
  • Exceptional customer service abilities, with a commitment to guest satisfaction.
  • Physical stamina and a flexible approach to work demands.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to work a rotating schedule, including weekends.
