About the Role

We are currently recruiting for a skilled Engineering Surveyor to join our team at Carmichael UK. As a key member of our Roads and Infrastructure division, you will have the opportunity to work on prestigious projects in Sydney and NSW.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carrying out surveying activities such as establishing control networks, as-built surveys, and setting out on roads and civils projects.
  • Conducting control network observations and adjustments.
  • Performing infrastructure setting out and 3D laser scanning.
  • Survey data processing using 12D software.
Requirements
  • A degree or equivalent qualification in Land/Engineering Survey or Geomatics.
  • Relevant work experience demonstrating applied knowledge of Engineering survey procedures.
  • Demonstrable experience in a similar role.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of Engineering surveying techniques.
  • Experience in measurement and coordination of large-scale survey networks.
  • Experience in working with design alignments, 3D design models, positioning control systems, laser scan capture and processing methodologies for design analysis and as-built reporting.
  • Experience in survey data processing through various software suites, including 12D and AutoCAD.
  • Experience in control network adjustments and laser scan processing procedures.
