Job Title: Dietitian - Brisbane
Our team is seeking a passionate and dedicated dietitian to join our mobile service, delivering high-quality dietetic care to individuals living in Residential Aged Care facilities. This rewarding role offers variety, flexibility, and the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to person-centred care.
As a Dietitian with Plena Healthcare, you will be responsible for providing person-centred dietetics care to all clients, helping to improve nutrition and hydration systems in residential aged care homes, and working closely with external stakeholders and colleagues to ensure the delivery of high-quality dietetic care. Your responsibilities will also include:
- Providing comprehensive menu and mealtime assessments
- Delivering educational sessions to promote healthy eating habits
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to develop personalized care plans
- Staying up-to-date with the latest clinical guidelines and best practices in dietetics
To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Dietetics, current DA registration, and a willingness to travel as part of our mobile service. You will also need to obtain NDIS workers screening and National Police Check, and have Australian working rights. Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong commitment to continuous improvement, and a passion for delivering high-quality care.
