  • Lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of our leasing, land tenure, and property portfolio.
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices for land and leasing management.

  • Draft, negotiate, and administer legal contracts to give effect to property transactions.
  • Research, interpret, and apply legislation to provide informed advice, guidance, and support.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline (property or legal related discipline) and/or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • Extensive knowledge of the legislative and regulatory frameworks relevant to leasing arrangements, land management, and property transactions.
  • Ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders, communicate complex information clearly and persuasively, and negotiate favourable outcomes.
  • Solid conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills in a specialist technical environment.
  • Extensive experience in producing reports, correspondence, and briefing material for senior stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in leading, mentoring, and developing a team of professionals.
