CNC Machinist/ Programmer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Machinist / Programmer to join our team in Kalgoorlie, Western Australia.

This is a long-term opportunity with a Monday to Friday roster. As a CNC Machinist / Programmer, you will be instrumental in operating and maintaining CNC machines to produce high-quality parts and components for our in-house developed nozzle systems, contributing to our innovative engineering solutions.

• Set up, program, and operate CNC machines to produce parts and components to precise specifications
• Interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications to determine the appropriate machining processes and parameters
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance
• Maintain detailed records of production, including quality control data and machine performance
• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations within the workshop

• A minimum 3-5 years of experience as a CNC Machinist, with a proven track record of operating a variety of CNC machines
• Strong understanding of CNC programming, including SolidWorks
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and technical specifications
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues during the machining process
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality control procedures
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with precision and accuracy

$80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience
