Procurement Specialist

Seeking a highly skilled procurement professional to join our team in a 12 month temporary assignment.
Develop key relationships with stakeholders, build on existing processes and drive improvements in procurement strategies. Collaborate closely with other business units to implement best practices and achieve results-driven outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess and analyze current panel management processes to identify areas of improvement.
- Formulate comprehensive statements of work ensuring requirements are met and value for money achieved.
- Monitor the entire sourcing process from start to finish.
- Engage with various stakeholders, manage contract variations and ensure end-to-end contract lifecycle management.
- Relevant degree qualifications (e.g. IT/OT, Finance).
- Significant experience in managing panels or multiple contracts within complex organizations.
- Strong commercial negotiation skills and ability to support contracts across their lifecycles.
- Proven stakeholder and panel management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
A rewarding 12 month temporary role working 38 hours per week, based in Western Suburbs with flexible working options available.
