Job Role:

A highly analytical professional is required to provide key insights and deliver timely analysis of office leasing metrics.

  • Provide in-depth analysis of leasing performance metrics to support business decision-making.
  • Collaborate with the National Office Leasing Team to develop market insights that drive informed investment decisions.
  • Support the team in minimising office portfolio vacancies.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external leasing service providers.
  2. Oversee leasing reporting, track performance, and provide data-driven analysis to stakeholders within agreed timeframes.
  3. Translate leasing statistics into actionable insights to inform business strategy and enhance operational efficiency.
  4. Establish and maintain leasing data integrity frameworks, driving process improvements and enhancing lease reporting capabilities.
  5. Interpret industry research and market intelligence for internal stakeholders.
  6. Review leasing data inputs, ensuring accuracy and collating associated documentation.
  7. Facilitate monthly leasing updates and asset-related marketing materials.
  8. Assist with compiling market deals and lease expiry data for strategic submissions.
Requirements:

Demonstrated experience in leasing and/or analytical roles; proficiency in data analytics and financial modelling; relevant tertiary qualification; high level of IT skills; excellent organisational and attention-to-detail skills; proactive approach.
