Job Description

We're currently on the lookout for a dedicated Liquids Plant Operator / Driver to join our team at Dandenong South, Victoria. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity—perfect for someone who's hands-on, safety-conscious, and ready to grow in the waste management industry.

You'll be involved in operating our Liquid Treatment Plant, helping to ensure the safe, efficient, and compliant handling of liquid waste materials.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Operating and monitoring the performance of the Liquid Treatment Plant
  • Carrying out sampling and basic testing of liquid waste
  • Operating equipment as instructed, ensuring waste meets specifications for disposal or recovery
  • Working closely with Plant Team Leaders to manage day-to-day waste processing activities
  • Maintaining clear and accurate records of operational processes
  • Ensuring required supplies and tools are available to support plant operations
  • Conducting routine checks and minor maintenance on equipment, reporting any issues
  • FOLLOWING all safety, quality, and environmental guidelines
