Coatings Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to deliver high-quality painting services across a critical healthcare facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• To perform painting, minor plastering, and surface preparation for both interior and exterior areas.
• Water blasting, mould treatment, and sanding/stripping surfaces.
• Use a work management system to receive, complete, and document tasks.
• Provide excellent communication and service to clients and stakeholders.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures and site-specific regulations.

Requirements:

• A relevant qualification in painting and decorating, along with industry experience (Cert III Painting & Decorating minimum).
• A strong understanding of preparation techniques, paint types, and application methods.
• Exceptional attention to detail and safety awareness.
• The ability to work autonomously and within a team.
• Physical fitness with full working rights.
