About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Legal Support Professional to join our national float team in Sydney. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our partners, lawyers, and professional staff, both in person and remotely across all of our practice groups nationally.

Key Responsibilities
  • File maintenance, including electronic and paper files
  • Dictation and preparation of correspondence and legal documents
  • Diary management and billing
  • Editing documents and client contact
  • Photocopying and archiving
  • Coverage of Legal Assistants' planned and unplanned leave
  • Reception cover and break relief support
About You

We are looking for a self-starter with a team-based, client-first approach. You will have excellent typing skills, be proficient with Microsoft Office, and have excellent attention to detail. You will enjoy working in a busy practice with proven capability in managing multiple and changing priorities.
