As the right-hand person to a top divisional HEAD Senior Lawyer, you will be involved in a diverse range of personal injury matters, including workers compensation, work injury damages, and CTP/motor vehicle accidents. Key responsibilities include typing, preparation of court documents, liaising with clients, doctors, solicitors, insurers, arranging appointments, preparing briefs, filing, and general administration.

The successful candidate will have MINIMUM 12 MONTHS (or preferably more) personal injury legal secretarial/paralegal experience, strong Microsoft Word skills, and an accurate typing speed of minimum 60+wpm. They will also possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, be highly organized, proactive, and able to meet deadlines, and have a love for working in a vibrant, fast-paced environment.
