- Leadership and Management: Lead and manage a team of staff to ensure excellent customer service and high standards of food and beverage quality.
- Customer Service: Ensure that all guests receive a warm and welcoming experience, and that their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
- Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the outlet, including managing inventory, controlling costs, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
- Staff Development: Train and develop staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service and maintain high standards of food and beverage quality.
- Financial Management: Manage the financial aspects of the outlet, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling costs.
Requirements:
- Leadership and Management Experience: Proven experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in a food service or hospitality environment.
- Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to provide a warm and welcoming experience for guests.
- Operations Management: Proven ability to manage the day-to-day operations of a business, including inventory management, cost control, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
- Staff Development: Ability to train and develop staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service and maintain high standards of food and beverage quality.
- Financial Management: Proven ability to manage the financial aspects of a business, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling costs.
Qualifications:
- 5-Star Hotel Background: A minimum of 5-star hotel background as a Supervisor/Manager in a food service field.
- Valid RSA: Possession of a valid RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification.
- Exceptional Organisational Skills: Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise in order to meet allocated timelines and budgets.
- Ability to Work a Flexible Roster: Ability to work a flexible roster, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
