Job Description

We are seeking highly motivated and professional teachers to join our team in delivering General English courses. In addition to teaching, you will be responsible for scheduling and administrative duties, as well as participating in professional development sessions.

Our ideal candidate will have a positive and friendly teaching persona, with the ability to motivate and inspire our students to achieve their full potential. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as basic computer literacy.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging lesson plans and materials, as well as providing regular feedback and assessments to students. They will also be required to participate in ongoing training and professional development to ensure they remain up-to-date with best practices in language instruction.

Benefits

  • A generous $400 signing bonus will be paid to new employees joining our evening shift. This bonus will be paid after 4 weeks of full-time employment or 8 weeks part-time.
  • Employees will receive a 75% discount on any vocational courses offered by our college.
  • Fortnightly professional development sessions will be available, as well as a paid professional development day each August.
  • Permanent contracts may be offered after 6 months of employment, subject to satisfactory performance.
  • Sponsorship may also be available after 6 months of employment, subject to certain conditions.
