## Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Lawyer to join our Real Estate team. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our partners and the broader real estate team to undertake and assist with capital transactions and major leasing for national listed and private institutions, managing leasing portfolios for national landlords and tenants, drafting, advising, and negotiating commercial property contracts, leases, and development-related agreements, conducting due diligence for property acquisitions and sales, advising on project structuring and risk assessment and mitigation strategies, and liaising with key stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of property transactions.

## Key Responsibilities

* Be a great team member contributing to a happy work environment
* Have at least 4-5 years post-admission experience, particularly in property transactions and commercial leasing, and be able to demonstrate excellent drafting and critical thinking, autonomy in file and client management, a strong work ethic and the ability to manage competing priorities, exceptional attention to detail, and a commitment to continual learning and development
