Commercial Growth Lead

The primary objective of this role is to spearhead growth initiatives, cultivate key accounts, and identify novel business opportunities.

About the Position
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive expansion across key markets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by forging strong relationships with customers and industry partners.
  • Manage and nurture existing accounts, ensuring exceptional service and alignment with client needs.
  • Oversee marketing campaigns, brand positioning, and product promotions to maximise market presence.
  • Collaborate closely with R&D and operations teams to deliver tailored solutions for clients.

The ideal candidate will possess proven experience in sales and marketing within the FMCG or food manufacturing sector. They will bring:

  • Strong business development skills with the ability to generate and convert leads.
  • Exceptional relationship management and account development expertise.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

They will work collaboratively across teams, be high energy, results-driven, and able to take ownership of the function and grow a team in the future.
