Dual Site Retail Operations Manager

The Dual Site Concession Manager is a senior retail leadership role responsible for driving sales growth and profitability.
This dynamic position will oversee the operations of two concession sites, ensuring seamless customer experiences and team collaboration.
Key responsibilities include managing rosters, back-of-house administration, and empowering the team through ongoing training and mentoring.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive operational excellence to meet sales targets and business key performance indicators.
- Empower the team to create memorable and engaging customer interactions.
- Work with leadership to develop and implement effective business strategies.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Experience in a similar retail leadership role, supervising teams of up to 5 staff.
- An independently motivated leader with strong decision-making skills.
- A supportive leader, with the ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve success.
- Commercial acumen, with experience in driving sales and managing budgets.
- An eye for detail, with a passion for styling and visual merchandising.
- Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management.
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service.
