Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and grow the Sales Team in Australia, fostering a performance-driven customer-centric culture.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with regional goals.
- Negotiate and close deals and complex sales to meet allocated segments/accounts' topline and margin budget targets within Australia.
- Build strong commercial relationships with external stakeholders.
