Role Summary

As a key member of our Executive Leadership Team, you will shape and execute a financial strategy that drives strategic financial initiatives to support growth, market expansion, and commercial success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead financial planning, capital strategy, budgeting, and investor reporting
  • Drive strategic financial initiatives to support growth, market expansion, and commercial success
  • Provide forward-looking insights to guide decision-making across the executive and operational teams
  • Evaluate investment opportunities, pricing models, and business cases with commercial rigor
  • Oversee global financial operations, including compliance, reporting, risk management, and tax
  • Represent the finance function in Board meetings, investor forums, and strategic negotiations
Requirements
  • CA or CPA qualified, with 10-15 years of senior finance leadership experience
  • Background in technology, automotive, manufacturing, or innovation-driven sectors
  • Proven success in scaling operations, capital raising, M&A, and managing cross-border finance
  • Deep knowledge of corporate finance, treasury, compliance, and financial modelling
  • Ability to influence executive stakeholders and translate financial insights into commercial outcomes
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills, with experience managing geographically dispersed teams
