The role of Field Services Technician involves providing preventative maintenance services, breakdown support, fault diagnosis and repairs of Air Liquide-owned equipment on-site. This position is ideal for individuals with Mechanical Fitter or Gas Fitter qualifications, Forklift, Elevated Platform and Confined Spaces Licenses, and a current State Driver's License.

Key responsibilities include ensuring safe and efficient operations, maintaining company assets, and escalating problems to engineers. The technician will work closely with management to meet deadlines and maintain high-quality service standards.

The ideal candidate has experience in servicing rotating equipment, instrumentation, automated systems, gas reticulation, and pressure vessels. Previous experience working in a similar environment and strong safety skills are highly regarded.

Air Liquide offers a competitive salary, daily field allowance, fully-maintained tool of trade vehicle, overtime pay, flexible working hours, and various employee benefits.

Job Requirements:

  • Trade qualification in Mechanical Fitter or Gas Fitter
  • Forklift, Elevated Platform and Confined Spaces Licenses

  • Strong safety mindset

Desirable Experience:

  • Servicing rotating equipment or air compressors
  • Servicing instrumentation or automated systems
