- Lead field assessments and ensure safety and compliance.\
- Prepare detailed proposals, BDARs, BSSARs, and technical reports.\
- Guide clients through environmental legislation and approval pathways.\
- Contribute to innovations in ecological survey techniques.\
- Requirements\
- Preferably BAM Accredited Ecologist or a Senior Ecologist with ambitions to become accredited.\
- Strong botany and fauna ID skills and a deep understanding of NSW biodiversity regulations.\
- Proven experience delivering ecological assessments and gaining regulatory approvals.\
- Skilled in preparing BDARs, BSSARs, and vegetation integrity plots.\
- Excellent communicator with strong report writing skills.\
- Degree-qualified in Environmental Science, Ecology, or a related field.\
