Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development and evaluation of health policies by providing economic analysis and advice.
  • Lead and mentor staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
  • Review and synthesise key economic and health policy evidence.
  • Analyse data to address key economic and health policy questions, and to inform well-considered strategic policy advice from a whole of health and aged care perspective.
  • Communicate with influence and represent the office in multiple fora, including engaging with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare high-quality written material, including briefs, ministerial submissions, reports, and policy papers.
  • Support the Office by initiating research projects.
