Senior Superannuation Regulatory Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Funds, Superannuation & Financial Services Team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to work with lawyers across all of our offices, gaining exposure to complex and interesting superannuation and financial services regulatory and advisory work in the market.
- Providing expert advice to many of Australia's leading superannuation funds on major regulatory change projects;
- Assisting superannuation and other financial services clients in their response to regulatory investigations and prosecutions, including significant APRA and ASIC proceedings;
- Advising on large complex superannuation fund mergers and acquisitions;
- Delivering comprehensive advisory services to superannuation and other financial services clients in relation to their broader regulatory needs, including superannuation and investment regulatory requirements and licensing, disclosure and compliance requirements of the Australian financial services regime.
