Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and charismatic Bartender to join our team. As a key member of the Food & Beverage team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests while ensuring a fun and welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine
  • Deliver professional, friendly service while engaging with guests
  • Recommend drink pairings and upsell to enhance the guest experience
  • Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized bar area
  • Work collaboratively with the wider Food & Beverage team to ensure seamless service
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous bartending experience in a busy bar or hospitality environment
  • Strong product knowledge and confidence in mixing classic cocktails
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, approachable personality
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings
  • Current RSA certificate essential
